ANAF clarifică declarația de impozit pe profit pentru anul fiscal 2023

Codul fiscal nu suferă modificări pentru anul fiscal 2023, ceea ce înseamnă că formularele 101 și 101 Grup fiscal nu vor fi actualizate. Potrivit ANAF, acest lucru se datorează îndeplinirii obligațiilor declarative pentru impozitul pe profit datorat pentru anul 2023. Acesta este un rezultat al utilizării formularelor aprobate prin actele normative care au fost folosite și pentru declararea obligațiilor pentru anul anterior. Autoritatea menționează faptul că declarațiile vor trebui completate folosind aplicația informatice de asistență și vor fi transmise prin mijloace electronice de transmitere la distanță, conform legii în vigoare. În plus, aplicațiile pentru completarea declarațiilor anuale privind impozitul pe profit datorat pentru anul 2023/anul fiscal modificat care se încheie în anul 2024 sunt disponibile pe site-ul ANAF, la secțiunea "Servicii online - Descărcare declarații electronice". Aceste aplicații sunt o resursă utilă pentru contribuabili, oferind acces ușor și rapid la formularele necesare pentru a-și îndeplini obligațiile legale.
